Journal it.

I am someone who loves to write it down, it is almost not real until it is written with pen and paper. Over the years I have had different journals some motivational and some focused for the week ahead and some were just gratitude.


I am really interested to hear what type of journal you like to use, or even if you like to journal. Do you like to be prompted to fill out information or do you like freestyle? Do you have journals for different things, i.e. if you have a business project versus your personal goals?


Some of the planners that I have tried in the past have been the Happiness Planner I loved their added extras in their pack. Others I have tried are Bando and again all great ... would just love to hear your thoughts and what you would like to see in a great journal.
