When coming to studio classes we recommend that you have your own mat. Since Covid this is a highly recommendation to a studio practise. Also your own blanket for a comfy meditation practise.

SALUTATION SESSION

This class is a 20minute session of one of the various salutations available. It's aim is to invigorate the body and get it set up for the day ahead. You will be surprised the difference even this short practice will make.
MONDAY MEDITATION

VIA ZOOM
This is a guided meditation practice that is anything from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the meditation. Suitable for all levels. Cultivates a quietness of the mind, reduces stress and brings you happiness.
BALLET BE FIT - MOBILITY ENRICHMENT

A great way to keep the body energised and flexible. Help reduce joint pain.

Create space in both body and mind with this grounding practice. The perfect way to relax and unwind, getting you ready for bed.
EARLY MORNING YOGA FLOW

This is a yoga flow based on hatha principals, mixed levels. This class is approximately an hour in length.

This is a Ballet based fitness class, no dance experience necessary. This class will allow you to feel your body through flexibility, lengthen and strengthen. There are some barre fitness methods within the class so while low impact you get that full workout.

BEGINNERS YOGA

Based on the principles of hatha yoga we offer beginners a way to explore and learn about yoga. Enjoy a flow gently while finding their movement to progression. This class is approximately an hour long.

Anti Gravity Aerial Yoga Principles, Practicing on lengthen the spine as we decompress it. A beautiful way to gain flexibility while supported by the hammock, this class is approximately an hour long.

We also offer one to one sessions where clients can go at their own pace with custom made classes tailored to their needs.
We also work with business who want to deliver yoga to their clients or staff.
